Today TC Energy announced updated cost estimates for the Coastal GasLink Project. We are committed to safely completing this project, which will put Canada on the map as a global LNG exporter. Together, we are delivering significant benefits for British Columbia, Canada, and the world.

Coastal GasLink updates on the Clore River Crossing

We have approved plans in place for safe work to mitigate potential impacts on people and the environment, especially when we work around bodies of water. At all our work sites, including the Clore River, the work we are doing is fully authorized and permitted by our regulators. We are committed to following all regulations and are always working with regulators to address any issues.

Coastal GasLink’s response to EAO’s Determination of Administrative Penalty

Coastal GasLink respects the B.C. Environmental Assessment Office’s (EAO) role in upholding the high regulatory standards that we are committed to meeting. Those standards represent the exceptional measures in place to safely deliver B.C.’s natural gas to the world while protecting our environment. They are fundamental values for our Indigenous and local community partners, and values that are at our very core as well.
