Coastal GasLink congratulates LNG Canada on Indigenous equity option agreement

Today, LNG Canada and its Joint Venture Participants announced an equity option agreement with MNT Investments LP, a limited partnership of the economic development organizations of five First Nations neighbouring LNG Canada’s operations.

Congratulations to the Gitga’at First Nation, Gitxaała Nation, Haisla Nation, Kitselas First Nation, Kitsumkalum and LNG Canada. This agreement represents the importance of advancing shared prosperity and Indigenous partnership through investment in Canada's largest LNG export facility. We are encouraged by opportunities that create lasting value for Indigenous communities, strengthen Canada's energy sector and support long-term economic growth.
